FFS, I’m never surprised at how rapidly this forum can drag a simple topic into comments like ‘should have nuked them’ or ‘a@@e licker’
🤣

And no matter how much of a fanboy you are on the forum, just remember BMW doesn’t even know you exist. This is a forum, critique is the point, now clean your nose it’s covered in feces.
I feel sorry for you. I hope you feel better soon!

Guess it was way over the weight limit of the bridge to drive there.

In 2024, one of the most iconic luxury brands, with all the resources, tools, and manpower available to build a perfect machine, is unable to align the door sheet metal seamlessly, resulting in a misalignment that breaks the visual flow and becomes an eyesore. Just look at the front door - rear door connection... And people get excited about this?

Not to mention, like in the M3, the unfortunate decision to use a standard production door in the back instead of a dedicated M rear door fails to highlight the wider hips and set it apart from the crowd—something that the Audi RS models manage to do.

The quality of those vehicles goes down every year... let's not talk about the 'new" cheap interior materials, shitty plastics, lack of central console, lack of velvet in the glovebox, pantyhose material on the pillars and shitty saggy draperies that replace the old proper built UV reflective sunshade that was efficient and managed to also preserve the temperature and light in the cabin...

Cheap much?

there is also a design defect with a broken belly line in the rear qrt panel in front of the rear tire. That section should be protruding vs being flat or even having a negative angle that creates a broken line that should be visually continous across the rear qtr panel. You can see the proper protruding line/detail right in front of the front wheel that makes it continuous.

Hi

Another thing noticed that the front tyre height is 40 and the rear 35 .

I think this is to manage the weight up front.

The M5 ended with the E60. It's just a heavy fast Laptop/Smart phone.

I think the F90 was the best M5 ever made, maybe even the best BMW ever made.

I think I remember an interview with Steve Dinan where he said they put one of their bored and stroked S85’s (the V10 from the M5) into a Z8 for a customer. Now THAT may be the ultimate BMW.
