I am on a waiting list for the G99. Thinking of doing individual in Daytona Violet, but may choose a different purple. I have a ‘23 Taycan CT 4S in Mamba Green, so staying away from the green choices. My XM was Dravit, which worked well on it, but want something more “fun” on the M5 Touring.

I ordered a G99 on individual Oxford green

I ordered mine in carbon black, black interior, and blue calipers but appear to be the only one based on this board. I also kinda like the Brooklyn Gray or Space Gray. I'm just a bit worried they will not be long lasting color choices. I'm open to suggestions though.

As you can see in the screenshot I'm stuck in "Order Received" state. I assume if I did decide to change colors it's still possible without me being bumped to the back of the line?

Newbie question. Is that an after market treatment and how much does it cost?

Coincidently, I'll be in Munich this month and plan on going to the BMW museum/showroom. I'm hoping they have a couple M5s in various colors I can see in person. Hopefully, if I decide to change the paint color it won't be an issue.

Stealth Satin PPF (paint protection film) is a product made by Xpel. It is a clear flexible film that is installed on top of the paint like a wrap, but clear. You can get it with a satin/matte finish that will make a glossy car look matte.

For a proper install expect 1-2 days and $5k-$7k

G80 owner seriously looking at a G99 for the wife as a fun "family hauler." I was hoping to do a green (verdant or emerald) with tartufo interior, but BMW isn't offering any brown interior options. I've got orange on my G80 already, so it'll either be black or red interior. The red interior on a green might look a bit too christmasy.

I like a lot here love the frozen grey. But I worry about maintaining a matte finish with this destined to be a daily driver. Leaning dark graphite on red or black, or individual green on black.

Just basing it off the build tool on bmwusa, $3600 for frozen grey. Not sure though TBH.

In the U.S. it’s typically $5000 for an Individual Color but I’ve heard certain colors can be more expensive.
