None of them. All of those are junk fees to make the dealer more money.
You can't trust a dealer to do anything right. If you want ceramic or PPF, or window tint, then you should find true professionals to do the jobs. |

Not unless you mess up your wheels and tires. The wheels probably cost $2500 each. So you are basically buying 2 extra wheels with the package. If you don't mess up a wheel, then it's just extra money in the dealer pocket. I prefer to take my chances.

As someone who worked with the accounting side of many dealerships, you are MUCH better to self-insure for these items. The odds of you have claims in excess of the cost and incredible slim. On these warranty type products, they have about 70% profit. Meaning if a dealer sells a warranty product for $100, they only expect to pay out about $30 on that warranty.
Almost always those plans only cover structural damage like a cracked wheel. Some only cover wheels repair, not wheel replacement. When a wheel with a machined surface is curbed, most shops cannot repair it. On the dent repair there is often caps of “not more than $200 per dent”, etc. |

They are all junk (private party is better)... the only one that maybe in 48 months is the appearance protection due to the cost of a windshield...again if your insurance covers this as an act of God and or zero or low deductible it's moot.
However if your leasing and this is rolled into your not paying full price. |

It depends on how much you drive the car, the roads in your area and the tire profile. My wife purchased the tire and wheel package and it paid for itself many times over. She has 100k miles on a 2018, has low profile tires and there are areas with poor roads. Anytime there has been a problem with the tire or wheel BMW has replaced them. She went years without buying a tire due to this warranty. If you do not drive the car daily, have standard M5 tires/profiles you probably should pass on the warranty.

I did not see the price posted above until now, but it was only $3400 for my wife’s car. She has had a few wheels replaced and countless tires. She has a M550i with low profile run flat tires, never again. Those tires cannot be repaired. So any puncture requires replacement. So yes we are way ahead of what we paid.

Yeah, as soon as you start to get whole wheels replaced, it becomes worth it. I've never had to have wheels replaced, but I think I have averaged about one puncture per year for the past five years. =(

I had to replace a wheel on my Audi S8 over the summer. Bad pothole.
Wheel was $2500. But I sent the bill to the state and they paid me 100% for the damages since it was a state road and they were liable. |
