This is going to be very interesting to watch - and that's putting it mildly. When I look back at how GM entered the American Le Mans IMSA endurance series - with their Cadillac CTSV (GT3 I think) - I remember all of the teething problems they had with engines and transmissions - and endurance reliability type issues. Then there was their GM Corvette C6 and C7 GT3 and GTLM ALMS cars with the Pratt and Miller teams giving Porsche and Ferrari quite a difficult time from 2000 onwards. Here's how the Cadillac Le Mans efforts started and how it is now....
. How It Started: . . . How It's Going Now: . . .

Perhaps the've learned a thing or two from the last 20+ years or so in ALMS. We'll see. I hope you're right.

Great news. Excited to see if GM can impart some more excitement as a US owned team than what Haas has done. And maybe pull in some more US drivers.

I'm just enjoying this because there's other teams trying to compete..I mean look at how team Haas has performed this year in the constructors...Or team Alpine at Brazil..
Love an underdog story.. |
