Full walkaround and test drive - the M5 is still very quick!

I was lucky enough to get my hands on the new BMW G90 M5, the latest edition of this flagship sports sedan. This also includes, for the first time, a plug-in hybrid M car, with the M5 being both the S68 motor, and hybrid EV system.

The other thing interesting to note, is as typical for BMW, they have wildly underrated the power at 717hp, when dyno testing of stock cars rates over 800!

It definitely was fun to check it out and encourage you to do the same. Does the added weight of the EV system make it too heavy? Is the power enough to overcome that weight and still be a quick, responsive four door monster?

I really enjoyed your video a lot to be honest. It is very honest, human and practical, focused on real life usage. This is what is important for 99% pf the (potential) buyers. Great job and very entertaining to watch.

I feel there is a really toxic environment on the internet, created mostly by people who would never be able to drive a car like this. They are too much focused on theoretical nonsense and close-minded philosophy's. It is very welcome to have a video like this that speaks to people who could actually enjoy a car like this. Thanks!
