32 inch Smart TV

Is a 32 inch smart tv too small for a kitchen especially if seated about 8 to 8 1/2 feet away?

Also, what is a good Samsung smart TV at that size? I'm currently debating between the Samsung OLED Q60D 4K and the Samsung Tizen TV LED 1080P? The price difference is about $200 as it stands now. Thank you

I think people usually use a 24" TV for under the counter.
