I got ticketed once for passing someone in the Sumner Tunnel under Boston Harbor. Early on a Saturday morning going to a job site. That tunnel has two lanes for traffic, but there was a ridiculous rule that you had to stay in your lane once you were in the tunnel. I came up behind someone crawling along well below the speed limit and there were no other cars in sight, so I changed lanes and went by the slowpoke. This is what I'm saying. That car was moving so slow that it was obvious the driver was pushing me to pass.
