I think mine was in step 3 for about 2 weeks maybe 3. Once it got past that step it got to ready for transport in week.
But from I have read online once it’s at the port, probably about 4-6 weeks to get to the dealership

Apparently G99 have opened up as well. I was told last night mine is going into production 11/5-11/10. Sooner than expected.

I am trading my RS6 for a M5 Touring because I am ready for something different and want a PHEV. But Audi nailed it! Will the RS6 go on track, sure but it won’t be too thrilled about it. But I can also take my wife, two kids, and giant dog on a 7 hour road trip and no one complains about the ride. My wife and I “allegedly” did Memphis to New Orleans in under 4 hours, about a 400 mile trip and she didn’t even realize we were going fast until we got there earlier than expected.

Maybe I am not the “traditional” M5 buyer, but I don’t want a midsize sedan trying to be a sports car. I was a midsize vehicle that feels sportier than standard with plenty of performance.

We will see how the M5 feels once it gets here.

I’m with you on most of that. I just hate how the new M5 looks. Like truly hate it.

allocations were given out in November for production running through April. I think BMW NA is being conservative with the initial production to see the actual demand. Each dealer (with the exception of a handful) got 1 allocation.

Nice let me know what kind of money factor and leasing you are seeing. Some dealers are gouging as allocations are still small

Cant complain got the first allocation my dealer received for the G90. Wasnt interested in the G99 given we have a RS6 avant.

My touring allocation was in that first round and its requested production is in May, so they at least went out that far.
