BMW G90 & G99 M5 scale miniature model release

Following on from many of my other threads of BMW miniatures for the respective models, I wanted to let you know that the G90 and G99 will be released as a scale model in 1/18 scale for fans to enjoy.

GT Spirit will be releasing their fully sealed version as shown below.

Solido will also be releasing their versions which has opening doors. The photos below are from the prototype that Solido is still working on. Interesting to see that the G99 has a tow hook.

Given the constant delays, this seems to be the closest I will get to owning a G90 M5 in the near future.

weather and salt on road sucks anyhow so even if you have one driving it in crap weather is not ideal.

I collected mine, Jan 2.
I’ve taken it out three times, dodging awful weather. Have 1100km/700miles on it.

Taking it to Cork tomorrow so looking forward to that.

Enjoy the anticipation, it’s worth the wait!
