Question Individual Merino Leather Repair Help

Hello all! This is my first Bimmerpost thread!

So I've had an M340i for a couple of years now that's fitted with the individual Fjord Blue/Black merino leather and I've noticed the leather on drivers side seat bolster has started to wear (see below)

I have since tried this product to try and repair the leather: https://thescratchdoctor.co.uk/produ...6LUU3E4SJExFsq

However after applying and leaving to dry it looked awful! Like someone had gone over the cracks with a permanent marker or something. It was way too dark. I'm not sure if its because the "black" leather used on these seats isn't actually black but more of a charcoal, or if I've simply bought a bad product.

Any thoughts? Is there a better care product I can use for this very niche colour way? Thanks.
