Oil Change Steps

Hopefully I am about 1 month out from my new M5 getting here. Call it overkill, but on a brand new engine I like to change the oil at about 50 miles.

Does anyone know the oil requirements on the new G90/G99? What weight, amount, and standards does it need to be?

Is the filter on the S68 a top-mount, cartridge style where it can be changed from the top?

Last thing, my old Range Rover had a tube under the oil fill cap that went to the lowest point in the pan. It made it super easy to use an extractor to suck out the old oil. Any chance the S68 has something similar? If not, is there a physical dipstick where I can use an extractor to get the old oil out? I have ramps, but it is always nice to be able to do an oil change by just opening the hood.
