I did the wiretap and install but the detector doesn't want to automatically turn off. I have to turn it off manually and the detector turns on even if I'm in the proximity of the car with my phone/key. Anyone have a solution for that, maybe I wired it wrong?

To me that sounds like you did not tap the correct wire for power. the detector should only turn on with accessory power on. It sounds like you taped the continuous power.

The correct wiring is for a **rain gauge sensor**, but your setup looks like it's connected to a **security system**.

can you send me a picture of your mount and how it’s sitting i got a blend mount as well but it’s been all r&d they keep telling me to remove parts and they send new parts to make the fitment better and does ur radar turn off when you turn your car off i thought it was just cuz its a hybrid

that does not even look like the correct harness that you should be tapping into.

also for fitment, I just used the one from my F90 M5, it worked fine. tell them to send you the one for the F90 and it will work.
