Ok WTF. First of all, did the TT-S and Q5 just get released?

I was on a bridge and saw a red one with the top down. The back looked sexy, the sides weren't as aggressive as seen in pictures, and the front was ugly. The interior was black with white stitching. Overall it was really good looking. I still hate how the section beneath the grille is unconnected. It further emphasizes the big-nose effect of Audis.

The Q5 was utterly forgettable in every sense of the word. I just thought it was a mini Q7 at first. It was a really nice shade of blue, sort of like Montego (I think it's called sprint blue, but that might only be for S/RS models). The headlights looked nice, but everything else was so bland. The back was horrible. The giant red triangular taillights looked awful against the flat blue back of the car.

Now about the R8 V10...wow. I was at a gas station and I saw a beautiful white/silver bladed R8 and I started talking with the guy who was filling it up. He said he was driving a pre-production model and I'm like "wait, what do you mean?". I got really excited lol. He showed me the engine bay, and while there wasn't much to see, he said it had the Lambo V10 in it! Oh my god it sounded so good. He's already gotten in trouble with the cops on our island so he couldn't do anything crazy, but he accelerated pretty hard and my jaw dropped. I want this car sooo badly. Btw, the car wasn't any different looking. It was just a normal R8 body. Still...wow. Wow wow wow.

Oh and apparently all you have to do is just sign up for a test car and Audi will send you a loaner of a pre-production model. That's how he's doing it. That's what my friend's family is doing with the facelifted A6. I'm wondering if we should do that too, just for the hell of it. You borrow a car for two weeks, test it out, and then write a small report or something. Not bad.

Damn.....your kidding me about the V10......But still, I have to use this icon .....I dont care how crappy your cell phone's camera is....you should have taken pics...maybe secretly

Not fishy at all. Search Audi A4 in the top right and you'll see that I made a thread a while back about a guy who did the exact same thing for the 2009 A4. I talked to him and he signed up for this two week testing thing. I don't understand the requirements, but it seems that all you have to do is just fill out some forms and they give you an Audi of your choice to test. I think...

I think he probably left out the fact that he knows someone at Audi.

Nah. My friend's dad just did it after I told him about it. He took a pre-production facelifted A6 on a trip. They needed a big car and instead of renting one they did this.

It sounded like pure sex. A bit quieter than I thought, but I think it'll change once it reaches production.

Just so you know, I was never able to upload those images from that stupid Samsung flipper, but I now have a BB Pearl again! It's a used hold-over I got from a friend until T-Mobile releases the Bold.
