Car won't start after not having driven it for a while

I don't know much about cars, but I'm sure you folks can help me with a problem. After getting my BMW, I neglected my old vehicle by not driving it. It has been several weeks since I have taken it for a decent drive, and now the car just won't start. I noticed that the windows roll down very, very slowly as well.

Do I just need to jump start my car? I'm sure this is a known problem, but what is the explanation behind it?

Your advice and expertise is much appreciated.

Yea simple fix. Just jump it and drive around for an hour or two and you'll be fine.
