What gets me is my first phone was dropped multiple times and worked fine for many months until a ladder fell on it. My second BB that I've had 3 weeks I treated like a princess and it stops working?

I am being sent a third BB and should have it in 5 days. Has anyone else had this problem with Blackberries?
It's not as bad as it looks. You need to reload the OS using Desktop Manager.

Why does it take them 5 days to send you out another phone? I am sure that they have an expedited route and they should waive the shipping fees for you due to your circumstances.
I just got the "new" phone yesterday. The "save" features dont work on it... This is my 3rd warranty exchange... Im done.. Im going to call them now and ask to have a BRAND NEW PHONE THAT ISNT THE PEARL sent to me. Thanks.

I got a BB Pearl in May and the thing wouldn't even turn on initially. R&R the battery several times and it came up with a software error. Pushed the pearl and it booted. This lasted one week and it did it again. Took it back and it was replaced. Put the phone on the charger overnight and in the morning the battery charge level was down to 10%. Took it back again and was sent a new one that has been trouble free since.

Most Blackberry problems people have are software related. Easy to fix on your own.

Especially since the monkeys at most stores have no clue about anything
