Orders started 10/13. I am sure some delivered cars will not be claimed.

Are you talking about a car that's not even relevant and comparing it to your M3? Hmmm. Last time I checked those old F-body GM cars had solid axels and leaf spring suspension. This car has a Real suspension similar to a 335/M3 obviusly not tune as such but the components are there. All it needs is some Tires,Sway bars, Coilovers and I'm pretty sure it will be VERY competitive. I dunno well see when I get mine in March I can't wait. Will be my first American car hopefully it won't be the stereotypical American garbage IE Mustang...

He obviously didn't know how to drive.

I would avoid all of the stereotypical bs you hear about American cars. I believe most of it comes from people whom have never owned one before.

I think you'll be happy once you have it in your hands. I still wouldn't expect it to feel exactly as your bimmer. Just don't give your hopes up on that. But it has a feel all it's own, and that feel is pinning your back against the seat.

I can't wait to test drive one.

Based on what I haven't seen any actual test of the V8.

Even if it is its still I dunno $40K less then an M3 so leave plenty of $$ for mods of that 6.2L V8.

Nice, I want one! Wouldn't trade my e90 for one, but still nice. Done much better than the charger IMO.

That is going to look bad ass. I did not see the Hurst option. I think better values can be found than their air box and exhaust options.
I put a Hurst short throw in my Chevelle...along with Hooker headers, Thrush mufflers, Crane cam, Edelbrock tarantula manifold, Holley 740 DP, ladder bars, aluminum rockers, forged pistons and Centerline wheels. Damn I miss that car.

And mods for GM cars are easy to come by and fairly cheap. The aftermarket will be inindated by accessories.

Never buy the exhausts or anything through the dealer. You'll pay more. It'll be more expensive. Unless I can get any exhaust I want, then it would be a consideration. The plus though, is anything dealer installed by the dealer is under warranty.

If I end up getting one, Corsa or Borla exhaust will be my first mod. And really that's all I'll need and I'll be happy. But wheels and suspension would follow.

MSRP or below. I'm number 6 on the List. Ya I already have mods planned up. I want Heads,Cams,Headers, Exhaust, Tune with all that a C6 LS3 makes around 517Whp according to LG Motorsports thats not too bad lol.... And as for the exhaust I want it to scream OEM accesorry isn't enough

How much do they want to do all that? My guess is around 10K?

I think you are going to need wider tires.

For everything he listed, I would guess $7500-$10K.

Jon, same here. If I get one, I want my car to be loud as hell. That 6.2 will sound so good.

I'm really interested to see what the L99 SS engine puts down at the rear wheels. If it's like the past camaros it should be pretty high.

Well if a C6 LS3 puts out 436 at the crank and the mods/tune netted 517 at the wheels, I would say quite a bit.

Extensive modifications can yield huge gains. A lot more than you might think.
