Sept is still pretty hot, temp avg 35-40 c/95-104 F, but vacation pkgs r cheaper, so u get more bang for the buck. I'm currently in Dubai right now, and the temp is avg 25 C/77 F, and its comfortable at night but still hot during the day.

Can't comment too much on the beaches, but if u booked into a hotel with a beach then u should be set. U get free passes to beach and u're with other tourist.

Dubai is like any western city, just don't do anything u wouldn't in a western city. ie. sex in public, dui, drugs. Make sure u don't bring any illegal drugs..they have 0 tolerance. They will arrest for any type of drugs that they are suspicious of.
Try not to wear skimpy clothing , as emirates find it disrespectful.

In terms of a honeymoon, I think u will find it very enjoyable as Dubai has a lot to offer, and anything u can think of for a vacation, they will have it. If u really wanna be a baller, then book a pkg in New Dubai in the luxury villas on the Palm Jumeirah. But this will be expensive, as u get ur own private beach.

I advise u to pick up a travel guide called Dubai City Guide by lonely planet. Great guide and explains all in need to know prior to planning ur trip.
