canon rebel xs?

anyone got experience with this dslr? im thinkin about getting this or another entry level dslr.

For about $40-50 more you can get an XSi on Amazon so I would go with that.

for 50 more i can only get the xsi body only. xs with lense is 518. xsi body only is 579. xsi with kit lense is 654

unless you found something better

I guess nevermind then. When I was looking to buy one (about a month ago) the XS was about $614 or so with kit lens and the XSi was about $654 with the kit lens.

i got the xs for my girl. it was 408 shipped on ebay with the microsoft thing... came with a uv filter, cleaning kit, lcd protector and 4gb sd card
i like it alot. pretty much a rebel xti with the digicIII processor. besides the megapixel and screen size, both of which are negligible to me, theres not much else that merits getting an xsi over an xs but thats just my opinion

ive used it a bit, i like it alot. the new processor is nice and its got some nice noise reduction features on it as well

I picked up an XSi kit on ebay for $599 buy it now and $150 cash back coming from the MS Live Search cashback thing... very happy with it.

theres another 10% coupon i found: CHOLIDAYNOV2008

expires nov 30. worked for me, i got forge dvs last night for 25% off using m$ cashback program and another 10% off separately with the aforementioned coupon. 35% total... very nice

yea and i got the xs for my gf last month using the m$ cashback program when it was 30% discount
