Ya, those are interesting. I noticed NA seems much more spread out across the colors than the other areas of the world. I dunno what that means, but it's interesting.

Makes me feel even better about getting Space Gray (one of the least chosen colors for the North American Luxury Market).

i think it's worth mentioning that this popularity is in many ways influenced by color availability in different countries. for example, one can really like le mans blue but mystic blue is already out of their favorite blue range so they opt for black or something more neutral.
another factor may be the fact some countries pay different insurance premiums for differently colored cars, etc, etc.

it is very interesting though to see a general picture of what people pick.

isnt it true that people tend to avoid white cars in europe because they signify an ambulance or police car

Im just really glad I did not order a silver/gray car... they are too common IMO...

bavarian19, when I was talking to my cousin in Germany, he also told me that nobody buys white because it is used for emergency vehicles and taxi's. That would be the equivilent of buying a yellow chevy caprice, chevy impala, ford crown victoria, etc. in the United States---if those colors were available. Too bad we don't have MB, Audi, etc. as taxi cabs here...that would be too sweet.

Which one do you think I should use, Europe or North America? I have a US spec in Europe.

Wow, interesting. See how Europeans avoid white. It's a very 1980s colour for us, at least on sports/luxury cars. You can also note how multi-coloured the US is compared to Europe & Asia, where black, silver & blue dominate.
