Long story short.. The AVP of my department and I are both single and on the rebound.
We give each other "the eye". There's an obvious attraction. Not to mention the flirtatious emails that we exchange.

The barriers to entry are obvious:

1: We work together.
3: She is 32 while I am only 23.

I really want to make a move but it probably wouldn't be the best idea..

There is a definite gap in maturity level between us. But this is the type of girl I would love to date. She's an authority figure. Has her life together. Good head on her shoulders. INTELLIGENT. Beautiful... Much different than the bimbos from my past.

Anyhow.. We might have too large an age difference to date but banging her is a different story LOL.

What do you guys think? Happy hour isn't a bad idea right? Heh.

Keep in mind I may be leaving the company in April for the police academy...

This is the worst best advice man. hahaha..... But sadly, you guys are so right.

Its more difficult than it sounds though. Imagine a 5'5 half german half filipina woman with long hair in a pencil skirt, heels, tight blouse and an intoxicating scent. It doesnt matter. Even when I do get laid the night before... when this woman talks to me at work every day I just want to go home and pound the pud.

and the worst part is I'm pretty sure I could pull it but risk losing my job.. thus, my home and my 335

she probably also looking for a happy hour, you never know. an intelligent girl like her is probably also finding it hard to have a significant other, so you guys are possible and potential 'bedmates', if that's what they call it. and plus, she will understand the situation you're in so don't have to worry too much. i don't think she will be thinking about the relationship, just a couple of times of happy hours.
