And yes your "friend" is a tool. I know somebody like that... I just tell him to log onto mbworld.com and look at all the owners complaining about their AMGs depreciating quite poorly. Not to mention the fact that Mercedes has been blasted by the media for years about poor build quality (something else he can do at mbworld.org). You must have a lot of patience to deal with him.
