Just saying hello

Hi guys,

Some idiot did this:

to my beloved Celica TS. I'm guessing it will be a write-off and i'm now in the market for a new car. Since i'm not willing to give up the performance i had on the TS (1140kg with 200hp to propel it) I'm looking into a 135i coupe.

Guess i'll be asking a lot of silly questions here. Please bear with me while i find out all i can about the car.

sorry to hear about your celica... but maybe it can be a good thing cause you are looking at a very nice car with the 135i, give it a test drive and report back.

@ Surname: He wasn't drunk, he looks it, but apparently wasn't. The accident happened at 8 o'clock in the morning so he'd have to be a professional drunk.

@ d3syd: I got pushed into the Mitsubishi, so he was an innocent bystander that got involved. Don't think he minded all that much judging by the looks of his car.

Just got news from my insurance. It's officially a write-off. So unless my toyota dealer comes up with a new Celica TS (they don't make 'em anymore) this could pretty well be the end of an era.

I'm off to the BMW dealer to ask some more questions about the 135i.

Nope, I've driven an E36 320i saloon before. Bought it second hand though. This will be the first new BMW for me.
