I think it's concept they refuse to accept subconsciously, they are in denial. They like to believe it is something else that it is causing it. Some people gain a little more than others for eating the same food, but then again, "eat less of it", I say. Myself on other hand, I can garf down a whole personal pizza and nothing. Just did it yesterday.
