YES they do!!! IvE seen a couple heads hanging from ropes tagging the freeways at night before! crazy sons of bitches! I doubt they even had a harness on! it looks like they just wrap the rope around the waist and lower themselves down!

the graffitis mean a lot to them but it annoys me seeing them on public infrastructures as a tax-payer and an architectural person.

we pay taxes, architects and engineers design them to look the best that they can and then poeple vandalize them and then the cities will have to use tax money again to get them off of paint over them.

sometimes they even paint on screens that give drivers info about accidents.

I don't mind it on the freeway, trains, trucks, or abandon buildings, but on anything else I think its disrespectful. My bro use to be big into graffiti (he never did it, was just really interested in it) and I asked him the same question, he said that they attach ropes to themselves (probably have a harness as well), probably a couple of guys holding the ropes and one guy finishing up the paint. They don't usually do the whole piece all in one night, usually over a span of a couple of days (probably a week or two if they're really insane).
