About the NSX-R, the japanese drivers on that show have driven it so many times that, they may have become accustomed to getting the best of the best times out of it

Anyway, NSX will always be a car that handled very very well but was underpowered for it's potent chassis. It's actually similar to the R8 with the 4.2 V8 (Can't wait to see the lap times for the V10)
if you know keiichi tsuchiya, he raced for ARTA in super gt with their nsx-r. he also raced an nsx in le mans. since he usually drives the nsx in these best motoring videos, its really not hard to see that he is the perfect driver to get every last ounce of performance from that car. but even so, he did lose to both murcielago and gallardo with other drivers.

Doesn't hurt that he also owns a NSX-R (with his own tuned suspention) and used to own (or might still own) a purple NSX Type S.

NSX-R is an amazing machine... Also great video!
