A internship with BMW?

Hello everyone,

I have been doing some research on working for BMW, but so far I think it's near impossible. With so many experts and BMW enthusiasts here on this board, maybe you guys can give your opinions. I don't really know why, but I like BMW... a lot and that's why I want to try working for them.

Anyhow, here is my situation: I am a 3rd year mechanical engineering student at University of Toronto and I have the chance to do a 16 month internship after this year. I am in Canada, which I believe BMW has no engineering related facilities, and I can't speak German.

So what are my chances / options?

Same case as me.

I'm 2nd yr student at RIT, and Mechanical Engineering Major.

Willing to work for BMW company.

I can speak Korean and English.

Currently learning Japanese and German.
