by the way, i wanted to find if the track would appear in other videos too (that would probably raise some questions about their authenticity) but they require a pretty extensive registration (cell phone number is a required field) so i just passed...

I heard some throttle blipping on some of the downshifts... could it be? A manual transmission?!?!

That would be a good sign for lexus...

If you haven't figured it out yet, the track is Nurburgring Nordschleife, where a lot of car manufacturers run test laps all year long. It's world's biggest car spy video/photo venue.

That would be a good sign for lexus...
The current generation paddle shift squential gearboxes blip the throttle automatically on downshifts. The throttle blipping on the Lexus sounds "artificial" to me.

i don't think the IS-F would be any competion to the new M3 in a track....the new GTR would be a challenge though

i wonder if the old M3 can catch up with the IS-F
