Garage door lube

hey -

what's the best stuff to lube a chain drive garage door opener?

I called it grease monkey. Not sure what the technical name is. I don't have a chain drive on my garage, I have the other type (not sure what its technical name is either). Dont put too much on it coz after a while the grease will break down and drip onto your car's roof

There's chain drive
Belt drive and screw drive
Use a lithium based grease (looks like vasoline)

That is it, lithium grease (vasoline consistency but it has a light brownish color). Vasoline should work (i think ). I have a screw drive system. Thanks.
