To me, the question would be S4 versus an M3 (sedan). Depending on options, I would imagine the price could be close.

Agree I love Audi's but the lease term SUCKS! Interior is the BOMB. I sat in an A5 Sedan sport back....Not avialable in the USA. The interior was FANTASTIC!

Well optioned S4 will be near $60k. Thats what I got my M for at invoice pricing last September. At that price, its the ///M all day every day.

But, if you can get the S4 for around $50k, its a good ride. M3's optioned well and priced at MSRP are $15k more.

I guess, in the end its about finding the right deal.

The only thing the M gets over the 335i is some multicolored stitching and softer leather. Come on man! Give credit where it is due.

I think the m3 interior is nicer than the s4 interior.

in the midwest, you can get an S4 with just about all the fixin's for $50-$52k. It should be around the same price as a loaded 335xi coupe.

people, work with me.

http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte...e/default.aspx

the 335 comes in an xi (all wheel drive) variety. so can we concentrate LESS on the all-wheel drive nature of the Audi when he can get all-wheel drive on the BMW?

Please?

Yeah, leather that marks far to easily if my experience is anything to go by. I've owned god knows how many leather trimmed cars and my M3 was the only one the scuffed badly, and within 8 weeks.

But the xi doesn't come with sports suspension or M/Sport bodykit both of which turn a 335i into something you want to own. Then factor in the DSG option, Audi's M-Button equivalent in the form of Select Drive and the all important Sportsdiff and you have car that is leagues ahead of the 335xi. And that before you even mention the performance difference.

No on this occasion Audi is superior.
