yeah, I seen those in the more high-tech/volume malls. They also have machines to actually sign up for CINGULAR and get Razrs, Bluetooths, ETC. So basically, you can start up a cell phone contract through a machine Oo.
its not that different than signing up for a plan and chosing a phone online. you just cant look at porn when your done.
