My girlfriend lasted 15 days
My aunt lasted 13 days My cousin lasted 9 days I lasted 3 days before I went to Subway, Wendys, BK, and Taco Bell. The same night. I could not take it, this diet does work. But you have to fallow the rules. Go buy the book from Whole Foods. It has the history and directions to use. You have to be careful cuz once you lose the weight, even the tiniest food will make you gain back the weight because your body was in shock before the diet. So fallow their rules. Dont forget the first 5 lbs you lose is water weight and not your actual fat. Good luck.

Cleanses don't work. End of story. In most cases you are probably doing more harm than good. It won't get rid of "cravings," and if you are truly addicted to something and wish to kick the habit, seek other help. If you are simply seeking change, try a gradual diet change implemented with exercise. I did research this last year on cleanses, and more or less came to the conclusion that they are ways for people to make money, and have few health benefits, if not a negative impact.

But these diets are super crazy. If done wrong you can hurt yourself which most people do. I prefer this diet for anyone to do for a last minute pool party or beach time. But this "diet," should be done to get a new body if you guys know what I mean.... Beyonce did this diet and she lost 12 lbs in 1 week but then again she did this for a video/photo shoot. She most probably gained it all back. My girlfriends gained 3 lbs back even though she fallowed the rules after you stop the cleanse. All in All, this is "diet," should be anyones first resort. Their are many other cleanses that are diets that really work and STAY EFFECTIVE. So for anyone who wants to lose weight by cleansing, their are about a million different books. Even though they take longer than the Master Cleanse, these are more effective and safer. If th

Robin Quivers from the Howard Stern Show was doing this and lost a shit load of weight. However, I don't think health can be judged by weight lost alone. Losing weight the proper way is important.

I've always thought that if you want a lasting change is terms of your health/fitness you have to go through a lifestyle change. Any thing less is setting yourself up for failure.
