2010 Dallas Auto Show.... where was BMW?
I just came back from the 2010 Dallas Auto Show (in town for work, always hit up this show every year) and this year BMW didn't have a booth. When I asked the guys at Mini, nobody knew why BMW didn't show up this year. Usually they have a big area and show off their new cars (which they have quite a few of new things coming out).
They were at the LA Auto show when I went in December, but not here in Dallas this year. Hmm.... |

Isn't the Geneva thing going on? Not sure if that would have any effect on BMW of North America though. I am surprised they were not there.

Decided on my M3 after seeing one at the Tarrant County show 2 years ago. Skipping a major show like Dallas is a strange move on BMW and the local Dallas/Collin County dealers.
Hope they will be at the Tarrant County show in two weeks. |

Infiniti wasn't there either. I think the Dallas show is a dealer show, shich means it's up to the dealers to pull everything together. I guess the BMW people decided there wasn't enough reward to make it worth their while.
My buddy & I go every year, and I have to say, we were both very impressed with the new Hyundai lineup. The Sonata & the Tucson both looked great. |
