First Radar Detector?
I want to get a radar for my M, it won't be built in just something I can throw on the dash when I go on drives.
Throw off a few suggestions i'm pretty open

Passport 9500ix is my suggestion. It has been in a word, great. I'll actually be getting it hardwired here sometime this upcoming week.
People will either advise you to go with a V1 or a Passport. I had a V1 and while it was pretty good, I didn't like it as well as my Passport so I switched back and haven't looked back since.

<3 my V1. I suggest it unless there are photo speed traps or red light cameras you worry about. Otherwise, V1 is no frills save your ass type o sh*t.
