Your next car purchase?
What do you plan to purchase later on? Is it still going to be a bimmer?
I know when my 3-year lease is done, I'm probably gonna move up the ladder |

Well i just bought my e90, but I know I'll probably end up buying an SUV either when I sell my car or if I decide to keep it and just purchase a second car. I'm thinking either a X5, Cayanne (sp) or a Range Rover (if they don't have problems).

I'll figure it out when the time comes. But my next (but first) non daily driver will be an F-Car. Either a F355 or a 360 CS.
But if all goes well, my next car purchase will be for my dad. A '56 Chevy Bel-Air. He dreamed about one as a kid and when he saved up the money his dad said no. It would be the ultimate way to say "Thank You" for all the hard work he's done to give me more than most and send me on vacation when he didn't have the time. I'd also like to buy him a TR6, which was his car in his early 20's. I don't think there's anything that would make me happier than to see his jaw drop when I roll up in that car for him. Okay, well maybe giving my parents grandkids would make me happier, but my dad deserves that car. |

Wife will get a 535i
When my daily driver V70 croaks, I'll try and get into an E39 wagon.

I've heard that the build quality of Porsche is just amazing, and they make excellent daily drivers. I wouldn't mind a Cayman one bit.
I plan on keeping my 325xi for several years, at least 5, but I'd like to stretch as long as possible. If I could afford it, I'd eventually keep a nice side car, like a Z4, Z4 Coupe or maybe a Boxster. If I had a side-car, there's no need to get rid of the E90. I see mid-90's 5-series on the road all the time, and they still look great! If BMW keeps the 4yr/50k mile warranty+service, I would stick with BMW. If I was replacing the E90, I would replace it with another BMW (a hybrid or some sort hopefully). I love small sporty cars. A Lotus Elise is on the top of my list too. Not sure about the build quality though.

Getting the E92 335i in the fall.
After that it all depends on my financial situation, as well as where I'm living, what I'm doing, etc. Tough to make that call at 24.

Next, I would like to get my wife a 535i or a 550i.
My next car will probably be a Porsche C4S (997). Though I really like the new GT3.
