Shuttle XPC

Hey all,
below attached pic,
how much do you think it runs for?

its a shuttle XPC
someone will be helping me acquiring the below parts/components, just wondering how much i should expect to pay for the listed
added to that will be a Windows 7 Ultimate and a GeForce graphic with HDMI capability

sounds decent, except for the processor. dual core pentiums are extremely old technology and would struggle with windows 7 imho. I would go with a core 2 duo/quad at least, if not a core i3/i5/i7.
