Inline Rollerbladers Talk|Tips
Hey guys, new to the sport. Just picked up some Mission skates "The Syndicates" from Big5 Last night was my first time skating since i was ~13 years old It was fun but very painful, freakin rollerblades felt like a damn cast.
A couple questions i have maybe some can help:? - Best way to break them in is just keep skating right? - My skates came with soft wheels and it was a pain skating to the park, is it ideal to get hard(?) wheels for street use? Let's make this thread a success Last edited by iBoost; 04-16-2010 at 01:10 PM.. |

I don't know shit about recreational rollerblading, however, I do play roller hockey. I've had Mission skates before and could not stand them. I have been using Tour skates for a few years now and they are amazing. You can also put certain skates in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees and then put them on and tie them tight. This will help mold them to your foot. Check out hockeygiant.com or hockeymonkey.com.
