Crawlin'.......

My son Nathaniel aka Nate is crawlin' up a storm and starting to walk.
The last 8 months have been some of the best in my life.
I had to start shooting jpegs as I filled a HD with raws.

Anyway, here are few 'keepahs' (Boston accent) from my favorite set up.
Canon 5D and 35 1.4L

, I can't even tell you..... it's insane.

If I'm carrying him through the mall or grocery store, I get stopped ALL the time..... it's like having a puppy....., now if I was only single, damn........

If you share a computer, good odds she's looked at least once, but unlikely a regular reader.

Excellent shots. I love the 5D, excellent camera. By the way, what kind and what size of lense are you using? Are you using auto settings or custom ISO and exposure times, etc. Sorry for asking so many questions, but I'm a DP (mostly video, but also photography) and this kind of info really interests me! Thanks! Once again...awsome shots.

Ahh, a DP huh.
Well, when you need a Camera Operator on your next Union job, call me !

All those images are taken with a Canon 35 1.4L
All shot manual exposure at f1.6 or 1.8
200 ASA usually and anywhere from 1/50 to 1/250 inside and who knows outside, probably 1/4000 to use the wide apeture.

Actually, I'm doing an NBC/Universal TV pilot.
then, I'll be dayplaying on a feature for a bit, so I'm working.

No surf images. Haven't done that in two years really.
Just takes tooo much time to get to the beach and back.
I'd rather spend that time with Nate.

When you coming back again ?

I was down there on Monday night...flew back Tuesday evening...short stop this last time. I am taking Friday off and going to Utah to ski...too bad I have a cold...Ugh.
