It's going to be interesting to see how the next 10 years or so pan out with regard to on-line laws. It's only a matter of time before the "have-nots" figure out a way to sue everyone online too.
And FWIW, you're never really anonymous. They can track you down by IP addresses, or the MAC address that is hard-coded to your NIC. Cross reference with the billing address, etc... and gotcha. |

God I fucking hate laws.
Also strong legal system we have. Women serve less time for killing their husbands...
