That looks real and there are cops like that.

Back in 2002 or 2003 I got pulled over by a cop in NJ who when finding out I was not American, basically demanded me to tell him why I was in his country and went on to tell me that all foreigners were terrorists and if I didn't give him a straight answer he was going to put me in the back of his car, take me to INS and have me deported.

Luckily his sergeant showed up and pointed out to him that the England were America's biggest ally. Prick still gave me a ticket.

Cops in NM arent much better. I've been pulled over twice for going 39 and 40 mph in a 35 mph zone.
