Cats hate moth balls, but its stupid illegal to put them outside near pets. You can actually get F'ed if caught. That is an option. I could find something that cats love/ hate like cat nip and fuck with them. I was think about just trapping them one at a time. Then giving them to the Shelter to put down. They are feral... Oh btw long term engagement. We are both anti-marriage/ kids. So for all purposes we are "married". Its cool/ funny once you get married shit is so much easier. We can do errands for each other and just say oh its for my wife. They turn a blind eye. Makes things easier. |

Actually get some cat piss in heat spray and spray it around her place and watch them go nuts... dog piss may work too...
As people said there is not a whole lot you can do. However is it an apartment or a condo with HOA. Also check with your state some states have renter laws that over ride anything you might have signed with them. I lived in a Town house once and I a garage attached to the my place and I had 3 vehicles at the time. One parked on the main street all the time and the other two stayed in the garages. Had a neighbor who filed a complaint about me parking in guess parking. Turns out it was not me, it was the neighbor next to the woman who complained boyfriend's vehicle. I had a 4 door Explore and the boyfriend had a 2 door explore same color. The boyfriend use to park in guest parking outside this woman window. I get one of those nasty letters about my two vehicles parking in guest parking all the time. She listed the Explorer and its license plate and my mustang but no plate #. I asked who complained and which parking spot and they would not tell me, then I realize about the Boyfriend who usually showed up late and left early in the morning. So I send the HOA a really nice Legal notice that clearly stated that: First, it was not my cars, proven by the fact that if my mustang was seen parked there why didn't they have the plate number and second the one neighbor had a visitor who did not live there and drove an Explorer and parked in guest parking. I went on to say if they wish to pursue this mater any further I was prepared to take legal actions against them for harassment and discrimination and if they touched any of my vehicle I was going to file charges for damages to my car. I also figured out who complained since I knew which vehicle she complained about and I send her a Cease and Desist letter and told her if she continue to file false claims about me I was going to file harassment charges against her. She previously complained about me leaving my garage doors open even though there were no rules about it. She tried to claim it was an attractive nuisance for thieves. Needless to say it all stops and I could park where I liked since they did not want to deal with me.I know she complained afterward and they told her to get lost. The moral of the story you have to be more of a threat to them than the other person. If other places have things on their patios, go an take pictures and explain to them it is discriminatory to selectively enforce rules. |
