But since its such a small company, why dont you try using DD-WRT like solefald said. I run DD-WRT on my development network at work and on my own network at home. I've never had an issue.

I'm afraid that will require a lot of time from me. The thing is, my boss expect me to do all my work AND take care of this shit on the side. Now that the internet is working again, I don't really care about the VPN. I'm just gonna tell them that it's a Cisco problem, even the latest firmware won't fix it.
