Look down at the G key of your keyboard and cross your eyes uncross them slowly and then slowly look around at the letters of the keyboard (using perefrial vision)

make sure you can lift your keyboard up enough so it can go over your head, now lift it over your head so you are looking at the keys, cross your eyes while looking at the ceiling then bring the keyboard back over your head!
