Well in that case, I find it easier to just flick the turn signal on, rather than checking and making absolutly sure that no one is around you, just so you can, not signal. There are times when I think there are no cars around me, then all of a sudden I see someone fly by my side. So its better to be safe than sorry, imo.

Ironically, a police officer tried to pass me on the right hand side and get in front of me without signaling. To the limit posted, I accelerated to deny his attempt. I mean, I saw him pass several drivers on the right hand side, he was local to the area, and should have been in the left lane before the right lane ended. Heck, when the right lane ends, you are supposed to turn right, so the officer ran through a right turn only lane. Yay, for protecting the public.
Of course, I set the cruise control for the exact speed limit since he was directly behind me, but once I got to the border, I accelerated away briskly as he turned around to go back to his town. |

Always need to practice good driver discipline... especially with our expensive BMs.
The problem with drivers over here is not so much with not signalling. It's with drivers not terminating their signal once they've moved into the lane. I don't understand this... is it because they have their radios on so loud that they can't hear their own signal? Maybe they're on their cell phones? Grrr... MrFrizzle, you need to just let it go... road rage is road rage, but one of these days your road rage will get you at the other end of the barrel, so to speak, and nobody wants that. People are crazy out there. |
