F90 prices will still hold as they are the last true M5. This hybrid crap is nonsense. I have 21 M5 comp which I leased and then bought. This new m5 doesn’t make me want to switch at all. It’s not selling.

You can’t really go by how many are listed for sale, as some of these may be customer sold orders. But a pretty good indicator is how many cars are listed with real pictures. Why would a dealer take the time to photograph a car if it is already sold.

A quick search on Cars.com shows about 250 M5’s for sale. Of those about 45 had real pictures. That tells me there are at least 45 M5’s actually available to purchase. Now who knows how many of those have some kind of ADM on them, but 45 cars available seems like a lot when the first ones just hit dealers a few weeks ago.

I think I lot of dealers also post listings before the car has been delivered. It will have a tag line saying "In Transit to dealer" or something like that, with a generic website photo. And a lot of times those cars are pre-sold, but the dealer still posts the listing as bait for more customers.

As much as I was trying to hold the line on discounts, money factors, I fell in. Love at first sight of the MBB color. I got .00255 money factor, $2250 monthly, 10k miles, 36 months. Pretty standard deal. No add ons, straight up msrp. The ones that were discounting 2-3k were making it up with lease finance rates and other random add ons.

Just so you know an XM is going for less then 1100 a month with msrp of 160k plus
Hammer110!

I just saw that deal...that is 2023 dealership "used" loaner in California with 4k down without taxes included. It's a California lease only.

It's a unicorn deal... Its 2 models year old and has over 6k on the clock.

They have to give it away as it's depreciated by 2 years and is a "new used car".

I just received my offer with December incentives.
MF 0.00265
Residual 57%.
1% off MSRP.

I think buy rate deals are the market. It's December, you are a live buyer.
If they are willing to lose you for the markup, as others have searched in another thread, there may be as many as 45 other cars out there.

Without doing the math, I am pretty certain that .0004 markup on the MF costs you more per month than the 1% discount off the MSRP saved.

Agree...5.4% (base MF of .00225)

Vs markup of 0.00265 is 6.36% interest.

That's thousands of dollars over the 1% off on an 36 month. You could calculate it out on lease hacker if we had full numbers of deal.

Don't know your msrp but 130k msrp at 1% is 1,300 off.

Brazilian_BAMF

Go back ask for zero off and base money factor and whatever incentives exist..probably a better deal.

Yeah... about $50 per month.
About 2% Off MSRP can offset the MF markup!

When I leased my 2020 F90, there were people snagging M5 leases for $1200 a month. Those days are over.
Yeah those days... more than 15% discount + rebate + loyalty + low MF.
I goy my 2020 M8 with 30K discount and MF 0.00086

Yesterday there was a post from next level auto brokers giving 5% off msrp for three m5 sedans as a year end special. They took it down immediately. These won’t sell like hotcakes so if you buy this m5 say next year or later you will get a good discount.
