Well, the intake doesn't seem to be an issue for you (unless you're trying to consume healthier fare, which is always a good thing, but nothing really sticks to you anyway. Lol). It's more along the lines of building strength/definition. Unless you want some of what I cook, which would be totally understandable, since you're always asking for some.

Then again, some girls have a phobia of "looking like men" and stay away from gyms/weights, which is kinda silly, but to each her own. Lol.

Since I need a beach body for Boston.

Yesterday I had.

Starbucks.. one hard boiled egg

Rabbit food for lunch (salad, no dressing, with avocado and cucumbers.. no salt)

No snacks...just water when I was hungry.. I chewed one stick of gum when the hunger pains rolled in

Dinner was a protein shake and water when I was hungry again..

This AM was the same routine...

That's not terrible. All in all, it still sounds like you're hitting your caloric goal, albeit perhaps not in the most SOUND way possible.

What you can do is use a bit of olive oil with lemon and crushed black pepper or vinaigrette with your salads; carbohydrates are still necessary since they are the main macronutrient that serves as a bridge for protein, which will be required (and is actually under-consumed, in most diets) regardless of your goals.

If you can do two hard boiled eggs, do two. 6g apiece (I assume you also eat the yolk) and it's a pure, biological source, meaning it is also the most compatible with the human body.

Snacking isn't terrible, you just have to get the right snacks in your pantry. Almonds, whole grain chips (Sun Chips or Baked Cheetos are my go-to's), fruit snacks/gummies, yogurt, and granola are great alternatives, also.

Olive oil/avocado are good fats, but... I feel like explaining why they're good for you will be futile.

LOL are you drinking a gallon a day? Otherwise you won't have water weight.

This. So much damn drama surrounding the yolk, it's not even a yoke.

Uhmmm... The yolk is the best part... Second, it's water weight, eat half a bagel and tell me what happens...

It's like when you get the flu? And after a few days you look hella skinny and all your muscles are more defined? But then it all comes back with reinforcements?

Water weight...

I laughed so hard at the "futile" bit... I feel we have already given too much effort and it's all gone in one ear and out the other already...

Not sure how I stay vascular, don't ever pay attention to water or carbs. Must really be the beer and nicotine helping me out!

Like, throwing away the yolk is literally "broscience". One of my buddies is that way, says BCAA's are only to be consumed on an empty stomach and vascularity means you're juicing.

To explain that larger muscle mass enhances vascularity due to increased blood flow required for it makes about as much sense as telling him he should go to college. Dude doesn't even have his GED but believes fitness myths on the Internet. Fucking hell.
