Not a knock on Tara or agreeing with you. I'm just guessing names since I'm curious who you think she looks like. With that said, Tera Patrick? Or Keylani Lei?

And from the grave appears mr. Buff arms!

I'll look up my old sites later and skim through my favorites. Haven't had much use for the site for a bit though. She wasn't a famous star- my all time favorite is Emmy Reyes

Lol. I don't want to offend Tara by agreeing she looks like a porn star you like, especially when I don't know which one.

We spend the first night in Bryson City. Then hiked Deep Creek and Chimney Tops and stayed in Gatlinburg. Next day rained and we did some scenic drives to a bunch of waterfalls and stayed in Gatlinburg again which made it possible to witness the idiot parade. Following day we hiked Abram Falls. Weird thing about this was that to get out there it was like a 10 mile one way motor trail.

After the falls, there was a split and one way said Scenic Loop and the other said Parson Branch Rd. So we opted for Parson Branch road. Little did i know that Parson Branch road was an 8 mile stretch of "road" accessible only by 4x4 high clearance vehicles. Didn't bring the Rover for nothing, so we took Parson Branch road. Low and behold, after much ups, downs, tight squeezes, and water crossings, we dropped right out on the Dragon. haha Maybe about 3 miles north of the Motorcycle resort.

I didn't realize it at first, but after being on the road for abut 30 seconds, a few bikes and a white E92M3 went blasting by in the opposite direction. At about that time i noticed a small group of Hondas on my ass. So i dropped the suspension down put it in manual mode and took off. At first they'd catch me at breaking points, but as soon as i hit the apex, i'd put 8 to 10 car lengths on them. Then as i got used to all the road trip crap sloshing (distraction) about in my car, i began to lose them. And once on 28, i was gone. Must have been averaging 95 - 105mph from 129 to Fontana Dam. I remembered those roads pretty well from my motorcycle days. The Cheoah Lake was fogging up, so i pulled over just before the dam area to snap a pic; the tires were hot as balls!

From 4x4 only tract to blasting down the Dragon while feeling very close to a spots car.... the L494 V8 Range Rover Sport is the best all around vehicle i've owned. By far and away the best road trip vehicle!

Just for clarity - Gatlinburg in the summer is 'Deliverance' Redneck level...In the winter is decent snowboarding at Ober...

AW M3? Was about 3:30 today (Sunday).

No sweat, we're just kicking around. Don't really know where we're staying until we find a place. But i appreciate the offer.

I don't know what's worse, the heat in NC or the heat in Sarasota. At least there is almost always a breeze in Sarasota! Today there was just no wind in NC/TN and humidity must have been 95-8%.

Ye we booked ahead of time) The Old Creek Lodge had a vacancy and we stayed a second night because they had Temperpedic beds and an air conditioner that was straight from the north pole!

Yeah, i know about Gatlinburg; I despise the place. Only reason we ended up there was because something got screwed up with the booking at our hotel in Sevierville.(only time we booked ahead of time) The Old Creek Lodge had a vacancy and we stayed a second night because they had Temperpedic beds and an air conditioner that was straight from the north pole!

We ended up at Fontana Village tonight. With some slow as wifi.

Funny to hear a Florida person comment on the humidity up here in NC

Fontana Village is a quaint little place. If your schedule allows - hit Joey's Pancake House in Maggie. 6 am - noon only, food is delicious. The road is a great drive from Cherokee to Maggie over Soco Mountain. On your next trip - you should hit Highlands/Cashiers. Fantastic drive, wonderful little B&B's, and amazing waterfalls. If your up for a road trip - lets have lunch on St. Armand's while I'm down...
