Oh lord people are so misinformed when it comes to eggs.. The yolk is the most nutritious part.. Cholesterol is an egg is not bad for you.. Your body needs a mix of good and bad cholesterol to function.. I add raw organic eggs to my shakes everyday and my cholesterol is perfect.
