For years I would periodically check in at nsxprime.com to get a feel for the prices of first-gen NSXs, but I had not done that for years until today. Sure enough, they have retained good value. Lots of cars around $100,000 and some far more. I don't think I would give up my BMW, but if I won the lottery...

NSX-T. Looking pretty good for a 23-year-old car.

Wow, that brings back memories! Back in the early 80s,, we lived in the U.K. and a friend of mine imported from Japan one of the very first Mazda RX-7s in Savannah Green. He drove it for a year (and of course, he added rear louvres over the back windshield and a rear spoiler) and then sold it to me. I'll have to dig through actual photographs to find a picture of it, but this is exactly what it looked like right down to the tan plaid interior, wheels, etc. Note where the side mirrors are
It got a lot of attention in the U.K. When I left the U.K. for college here in the States, my sister got the car. It was then imported to the U.S. where she drove it in college...at the Savannah College of Art & Design. Fitting. It was then sold to my cousin who lives in Canada - he drove it for a few years...now, remember the friend who originally sold it to me? He had since moved to Canada and my cousin sold it back to him some 15 years later! He doesn't have it any longer unfortunately, I'm not sure what happened to it.
