No, not dumb. Check out the link below. Essentially, you join The BMW Car of Club of America, fulfill some timing requirements, and you have access to programs and these rebates.

they knocked up the MF 40 basis points I guess, to .00265

2180 a month includes the 7.5 sales tax in ohio.

The sales guy over at Westlake got rude and offended when I asked him what money factor he used and the MSD- infarct told me if I tried to change the deal at all- he would change his side of the deal and not have it delivered 75 miles away from where I live in Columbus.
I would walk... the market up is thousands of dollars added on over 36 months.

For 75 miles I would pay an Uber driver.. your overpaying when if you looked you could find flat msrp or a minor discount. Especially for the month of December.

Get with a broker Next Level Auto Brokers

Does this sound like a deal most people would have gotten their leases around?read a lot of comments but want to make sure I’m not overpaying…
This looks terrible. You're paying $86k to drive a 132k car for 3 years. And, if you total it on day 2, you're out the entire $7500 you put down. If you must lease, I suggest $0 down/due at signing.

Also, why not just finance this thing? I would aim for a couple percentage points off MSRP, put $7500 down, and at a conservative 5% rate (not a great interest rate market admittedly), you're around ~$2300 p/month. Very similar to your current setup but you would own the car, not be mileage restricted, and have the freedom to customize.

Slice or dice whichever way you want, this car will put an $80k +/- 3k dent in your wallet over three years… so as long as you are within this range you did good.

Enjoy in good health, upgrade exhaust, put a piggy back tune, nice HRE’s, lower it and drive around like a bad ass.

I just saw a great Frozen Deep Grey M5 at McKenna BMW. What was not so great was seeing the $30K over-sticker market adjustment.

No prob at all. DAS is the amount ‘due at signing’…in this case 1st months payment, fees

That does look good.
Crazy if anyone considers paying overs. In UK a £10k discount is more likely and that will increase.
