AdBlock + blocked the iPhone 4 portion of their site for me...I turned it off and reloaded, voila

I go to http://www.att.com/iphone/, click on check eligibility, select the line, and the page it takes me 2 ONLY shows 3GS and older crap.

log out of at&t close your browser, clear you cache and cookies, reopen log in and it'll be there. thats how i got it.
